Hi Cat, thank you for your question. These spotlights are DMX controlled via 2 controllers that we have installed in the room. They can be used with fog or haze to see the effect and the rays better or without it, depending on your creative vision. We do have fog and haze machines available at the studio for additional rent.

Hi Famous Cray, Hill 2 studios are located on the 2nd floor and have a freight elevator that can fit a motorcycle but not a car. For car photo studio check our Olympic 2, Olympic 3, Olympic 5 and new Yukon 5 studio - they all have drive-in access for cars.

Hi Natasha, thank you for your question. We do have a "spotlight" video light with controllable patterns and the shape of the light available as a piece of additional equipment at any of our Olympic studios. One of our managers will email to help set this shoot up.

Hi Jacob, thank you for your interest in FD. Only the back wall LEDs are RGB. The vertical and horizontal lines on the side walls are just whire with on/off switch. If you are looking for vertical programmable RGB lights- check out our Olympic 2 and Olympic 3 studios. We have RGB tuneels there with fully programmable and addressable RGB LED lights.

Hi KS, Yes you can buy two 12 hour packages to take advantage of the discount and use it in different studios/days.

Hi Tyler, it depends on how many hours you'd need and studio availability. Some studios are available for same-day and next-day bookings or you can book them several months in advance- depending on what works best for you.

Hi Nicholas, we have different audio systems among our studios, most of them have wall-mounted speakers with Bluetooth connectivity; some have portable speakers and rollable boom boxes. It's better if you tour the studio you plan to use before your shooting date to make sure that the equipment we have will work for you (or so you can plan to bring extra equipment).

Hello Marco, if you book a week + in advance, then our usual booking hours are 8 am - 11 pm. For any early/late hour bookings (before 8am, or after 11 pm) there is an $25/hr extra charge, and the booking needs to be approved by management. For any last minute bookings please give us a call, so we could check the closing times for you on the spot! Thank you.

Hi Ron. While drums would have to be padded and muted, all other musical instruments are totally fine to bring over! Please let FD staff member know upon confirming the booking, if you intend to bring any musical instruments. Thank you.

Yes, we do have a speaker system already installed inside the stage and included in the hourly rate :) We ask all our clients to be respectful of each other and keep music at reasonable level, so nobody would interfere with neighbor’s booking. Please note that our studio is not soundproof. Thank you!

Hello Sarah, that is a great question! Yes, we provide only one color light bulbs (white on side walls, and yellow glow on a back “round light” wall). If you would like to introduce red glow/color into your photography, we also provide different color gels (including red gels) at no extra charge! Thank you.
