Studio Rules & Rental Agreements
Hi, wondering if you guys offered colored lights or gels for rent to use in this studio?
Hi Kara, yes we have gels with barn doors available for the strobes and some locations have additional RGB LED lights (I know for Sure Olympic studios have those), please check with the location where you'll be booking a studio of the RGB LED would be available for your booking.
Is the temperature for the XXX light tubes adjustable?
Hi Dominique, unfortunately, no these lights have only one color temperature and it is the Daylight 5000k
How late can I book blackout stage till ?
Hello Nick, if you book a week + in advance, then our usual booking hours are 8 am - 11 pm. For any early/late hour bookings (before 8am, or after 11 pm) there is an $25/hr extra charge, and the booking needs to be approved by management. For any last minute bookings please give us a call, so we could check the closing times for you on the spot!
Hey guys, what if I want to bring a pet? Is it fine?
Hi Jacqueline M, great question! You are more than welcome to bring your furry friends, and we have absolutely no additional charges for it. All you need to do is fill out a pet waiver that we will kindly provide before the booking. All exotic animals have to be supervised by a professional trainer.
How big is the room?
Hi Lynda, thank you for asking. The stage is about 45ft x 20ft box with a private platform section by the window, making it basically a 2-room stage for your creative freedom!
What lights do you provide with this studio ( B ) ?
Hi, Garnett! Thank you for your question. We include 3 strobe lights Paul C. Buff “Alien Bee 800” models for free with every rental. If you are interested in continuous lighting, we also offer Dimmable LED light panels (900 Bids, CRI 96+) for $35/booking. Thank you!
Can I use a fog machine for a dance music video in this stage? Is there an extra charge? Thank you, Myra
Hi Myra, thank you for asking! Yes, you can definitely bring your own fog machine on set (please make sure the fog juice is water based)! There is no charge for that. Moreover, we also gladly provide a fog machine to rent hourly at a convenient $10/hr rate, in case you do not have one :) Studio B is one of our top picks for music/dance video productions, so it should be a great fit for your shoot!
