Photography Masterclass with Tony Northrup in NY
Join us on Sunday, July 12, from 12:00 to 3:00 PM at the FD Photo Studio Metro in Brooklyn with Tony Northrup. Three professional studios open just for this masterclass: a studio with a white cyc wall, a studio with RGB walls and a tunnel, and our rain room with a black cyc wall.
Tony is an award-winning NYC photographer and author of the bestselling Stunning Digital Photography. Known to his 1.6 million YouTube subscribers.

Three studios. Three completely different lighting setups. One ticket.
For $250, you get what a photographer would normally have to organize across three separate shoots:
- One hour with Tony learning one-light portrait mastery and workflow in the white cyc studio
- One hour with Kash learning creative portraits in RGB and neon in the studio with RGB walls and a tunnel
- One hour with Tony and Kash together in the rain room with backlit setups and three professional models
- Three studios across three completely different lighting setups
- Three professional models with dance backgrounds
- A finale shoot in the rain room
- Hands-on shooting time, real-time feedback, and reproducible workflows
TICKETS
- Early Bird: $210 (ends Sunday, June 21. Just 10 tickets available for this price)
- Standard: $250
Limited to 20 attendees. Once we sell out, we're not adding seats.
HOW IT WORKS
20 attendees split into two groups of 10. Both groups rotate through Tony and Kash, then everyone regroups with both instructors and all three models for the rain room finale.
- Hour 1 (12:00–1:00 PM): Group A with Tony in the white cyc studio. Group B with Kash in the studio with RGB walls and a tunnel.
- Hour 2 (1:00–2:00 PM): Groups switch. Tony and Kash stay in their studios and teach the same material to the new group.
- Hour 3 (2:00–3:00 PM): Both groups join Tony and Kash in the rain room for a creative finale — practicing rain photography techniques with all three models.
By the end of the afternoon, every attendee has learned directly from Tony in the white cyc studio, learned directly from Kash in the RGB studio, and shot alongside both instructors in the rain room.
