It is always the perfect time to relax at the beginning of the year!FDPhotoStudio is happy to announe its collaboration with amazing JQ Williams - warm and energetic yoga teacher and photographer btw! She loves backbends and arm balances and has a strong practice, but her secret love is the depth of her restorative practice. Her classes are always different (silent, deep house yoga, you name it ;) providing a variety of ways to access the poses through flow, alignment, and inquiry. 'My aim is to build conscious and supportive communities through movement and mindfulness' - JQ Having a background in dance, gymnastics and pole vault taught her to value the technical aspects of the poses and alignment. The deeper practices of yoga have taught herabout the subtle body, emotional body and spiritual connection the poses bring. With over 29 years of different movement practices, her kinesthetic awareness is diverse and deep. She is a 200hr e-RYT, and is in progress towards becoming at 500hr e-Ryt within the year.
