COSMIX LA

COSMIX LA returns with four interior photo studios with Christmas decorations, so you can shoot your character in a festive setting and have your holiday content ready to post. Bring your costume, your camera, or both. Connect with local photographers, collaborate with cosplayers you haven’t met yet, and move freely between studios for the full three hours.

Featured Guests

Featured cosplayers @kagamentos, @taromoe.cos, and @greenhillcos join the event by default as part of the creative group, so there are great models on the floor from the start. Featured photographers will be announced soon.

COSMIX LA is organized with IRIS Interactive, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that produces affordable cosplay events across SoCal. Their team will be on site, and they are bringing their cosplay community with them.

Studios Open During the Event

• A Studio with Big Digital Screen: A man cave style studio with dark tones, a pool table, rustic furniture, and a large RGB screen for photo and video backgrounds

• French Loft Studio: Baroque style furniture, great daylight, and beautiful sunset light

• Scandinavian Loft Studio: A Christmas tree, a bright orange wall, sunset light, and a cozy interior

• Christmas Home Studio: A large Christmas tree, prop fireplace, dining table, prop kitchen, bed, and atelier corner

These are interior photo studios with changing areas and some full-length mirrors. Mirrors for makeup touch-ups are limited, so we recommend arriving costume-ready.
