Stage Hill 2 is one of our many blackout stages we currently offer. Painted all black from top to bottom with the matte color this stage absorbs the light making it easier to control reflections and have complete control of the light painting. Spacious, nicely conditioned and minimalistic, Hill 2 is perfect for video and photo shoots, big or small crew. About the stage:

Stage Hill 4 is one of our largest and brightest stages. Advantageously positioned with the windows facing west and north, this stage gets plenty of sift indirect sunlight in the first half of the day and lots of direct sunbeams in the second half. Hill 4 is furnished with several comfy and photogenic couches of cream and and golden/brown leather color. I was accompanied by my model Paulina. We wanted to shoot fashion but also sultry vibes. We really wanted to utilize this entire studio and showcase everything the room had to offer. Our favorite parts of the room were the shower and the swing.

Hill 6 Studio is a sleek and elegant daylight studio with Moroccan shower, free-standing bathtub, moving prop wall and lots of day light. Adding up to our beautiful “gloss floor” studio 6 at Hill location is newly installed Moroccan clay textured shower corner with a deck and a standing shoot-through glass.

About the photographer and the shoot:

I’m a NYC based Fashion & Commercial photographer. Originally born in Lima,Peru. I started doing photography for for fun before falling in love with the medium and never looked back. My main focus now is fashion and commercial work.

This shoot took place with my friend Deonna who’s professional model and a friend of hers (Kai) who was shooting his very first shoot. He was nervous at first but found his comfort zone as the shoot went on.

We did a wonderful sensual and intimate type shoot which was fun to do. Both my models were very professional ofcourse, but we had a lot of fun and laughs along the way and produce wonderful images.

The stage:

Studio Hill 1 has a few distinct features you will not find in any other stages. Facing the west side this stage gets lots of natural light in the afternoon and has amazing lighting conditions during the golden hour. Among included props are industrial wooden table with benches, two antique green chairs and white leather comfy chair. And the bed. The bed that comes with clean sheets (fees apply) and photogenic look, ready for always anticipated, the “bed scene” Besides, Hill 1 comes equipped with black, white and grey backdrops already installed and three strobe lights included in the hourly rate. About the model:

I was born and raised in Italy and I left everything to move to LA in 2008 where I worked as a professional dancer for 10 years. In 2016 I decided to go back to college and there I ended up discovering a new love for yoga. Now I have an associate in psychology, I am about to get my bachelor in Public Relations and of course I am practicing yoga all the time.

Stage D is one of the most spacious and most affordable spaces we currently offer. Suitable for both large and small production teams, this stage is on always on a high demand. Lighting conditions are of supreme quality. If working with natural light, towards the sunset the studio gets plenty of great, warm light through large south-west facing frosted windows.
