Art 2, one of our clients’ most favorite stages, features a full rustic wood floor, as well as a platform that runs the entire length of the studio’s south side – flush with the windows. There is a wood staircase leading up to the platforms left side. The flooring is real wood throughout, and stained to a nice dark tone. Art 2 also features the same great equipment that adorns all of our studios – black, white, and gray photo backdrops as well as three strobes along with light modifiers. Robert Tate, Kate Compton & Agent Provocateur

Photographer Robert Tate, our frequent client and a star of FD blog section, walked into stage Art 3 to shoot a series of sexual, provocative pictures with the model Kate Compton. It was not a coincidence that Robert has a particular choice of the stage in mind.

“We were looking to so something simple fashion editorial vibe as well as something more on the advertising side. The entire wardrobe was Agent Provocateur so we went with that edgy/classic vibe for the ad look using the great props in Art 3.”

Stage Art 3 is truly one of the pearls of our studio. Featuring thematic furniture of white and gold color and antique look that beautifully coincides with a rose wall covered completely in red and white flowers this stage brings both the uniqueness and versatility. As any of other 11 studios we provide this stage is equipped with three paper backdrops of white, black and grey color ready for your shoot. Art 3 has amazing natural lighting conditions. However, if you require the help of the strobe lights, we have 3 of them installed and included in the hourly rate, thus making it as a very flexible creative space. Stage A is a modest sized studio, great for a nice and clean high-key look. A long time favorite of our clients, Stage A gets beautiful direct sunlight in the morning through north and east-facing windows, and beautifully soft indirect light as the day goes on. Equipped with all of the same great gear that’s included with all of our studios – strobes, light modifiers, radio trigger, and paper backdrops – it’s a wonderful place to be able to achieve different looks all in the same place. Thomas Eslinger shoots at Art 4

“Thomas is a portrait and art photographer working out of Los Angeles, California. Growing up in the midwest Thomas was exposed to photography at an early age by his father, who was a professional photographer in Minnesota. Thomas’ passion grew with his travels around the globe, as he found photography to be best way to document his experiences. While studying photography at the University of Iowa, Thomas began to experiment with fashion and portrait photography, which eventually carried him to Los Angeles, where he now lives and works.”

Stage Art 4, used for this shoot, is notorious for the high-key white industrial design. It has also been recently adorned with wooden floor section and a wall veneer as well as portable blinds, made of dark wood slats. The latest upgrade the stage received was a STAR illuminating across its shape! Stage Art 1 was a choice of location for this session. Adorned with features like white grand piano and three step podium this stage is a tool of versatility, provider of great natural light, benchmark of industrial Downtown minimalistic design. This space has its windows facing South and West and gets beautiful direct light during the PM hours, and great open-shaded light in the morning. Using strobes? No worries, we include 3 strobe lights in the hourly rate along with black, white and grey background available. With its large windows and stunning wooden floors, this studio creates a mesmerizing setting for your photo shoot. As the sunlight streams through the windows, it dances upon Tanya Mityushina, a radiant and captivating model, while photographer Anna Gunselman artfully captures her beauty and grace. The interplay between the natural light, the polished wooden floor, and Tanya’s talent produce breathtaking photographs. The Sports Illustrated star, Tanya Mityushina directed by Anna Gunselman has beautified our stage Art 2 with her flawless, luxurious looks.
