What size is the bed?

Can we move the props/piano/sofas?
Hi Nikole, yes you can definitely move props around. hey all have wheels, but it's better to have 2 people to move the piano and do it slowly, since it's very heavy
Can I Film A YouTube Video With Groups Of People ?
Hi Joshua, thank you for reaching out. yes you definitely film groups of people, we have music videos and other video professionals frequently use our studio for filming projects.
Is there still a black leather sofa in this space, or just the cream vintage sofa pictured. Is the light best in the morning here in LIC1?
The windows in this room are facing West, so in the moring you'll get soft indirect light, and afternoon will provide direct sunlight through the windows. For the current couch/equipment questions please call us at +1 (844) 644-3377
What direction are the windows facing? East?
Hi Kristin, the windows in this studio are facing west. For east facing windows check out our studio LIC 6 and 7 in the same building. Or Astoria 1, 2 and 3 in a building 15 min away.
Does the building have an elevator?
Hi Caitlin, thank you for your question. This building has a freight elevator that our front desk staff can bring downstairs for you if you have equipment or suitcases(and you with them), but there is no passenger elevator, unfortunately. Please notify us if you'll need to use it for your shoot and keep in mind that this elevator is shared with other tenants in the building and sometimes it takes time to be able to use it, so factor this into your booking and arrive a little earlier.
Do you have a garment steamer?
Hi Graham, thank you for your interest in FD. Yes we have multiple garmet steamers on each location, usually 1 for each studio + a couple extra in the storage.
Are potty trained dogs allowed to shoot in here?
Hi Jae, thank you for your interest in FD. Yes we allow dogs in our studios, just ask to sign a pet weiver.
Piano?
Hi Mark, yes we have a prop baby-grand piano in this studio. It's not tuned and can. be used only as a prop.

I booked yesterday, the next page of your website told me to wait for confirmation. I waited a day and now my spot is being booked by somebody else; and I still have not received any confirmation, neither a phone call or an email. If anyone wants to book, please do not wait, call them and get things done quick.
Hi is the white bed also in the studio?
Hi Leslie, yes the bed is available and in the studio. For sanitation purposes please bring your own set of sheets in the color and type that would work for your shoot. We might have some new sets available for sale at the studio, please check before your booking to make sure we have the color/type you're interested in.
Are there dressing rooms in the studio or right outside of it?
Hi Tarnisha, we have a changing area in one of the corners of this studio ( separated with blackout curtains) and there are also 2 bathrooms available right outside of this studio.
After booking online when is the last chance to pay for the studio. Can I pay 1 day before the booked date
Hi Jay, in order to confirm your reservation and block that time slot for you we have to have a payment on file within 24 hours after the reservation is made.
