Rental time includes set up and break down times. If you exit the studio past your finish time $75 late exit fee will apply.
Simplified Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancel 48+ hours in advance for a full refund; 24–48 hours for 50% refund; less than 24 hours are non-refundable. No refunds once the rental has started, even if issues occur, except if the Renter notifies the Studio and leaves within the first 15 minutes due to the Studio being unsuitable. Paper backdrop options:
- FREE if the backdrop doesn't touch the floor and no damages.
- $29.99 one backdrop sweep. Up to 6 ft on the floor.
- $59 more than one backdrop sweep. You are using more than 6 ft on the floor.
- $75 a full seamless paper roll. Size 107"x36'.
Group size: All studios allow 10 people with $5 per extra person.
Please, leave the studio in the same condition. If the studio requires a major cleaning after your session the cleaning fee will be added (from $150) and will depend on the amount of work required.
Any fractions of an hour are billed as a whole hour. It also applies to hourly count of the packages.
There is 5% transaction fee on all card transactions, and 4% transaction fee on PayPal transactions.
The repaint fee is $75 for smaller cycloramas, $100 for large cycloramas, and $150 for Olympic 3 and Yukon 1 if bringing the car on the cyc wall.
All hard to clean materials (confetti, milk, flour, powder, fake blood, wax, body oil, etc) are to be approved in advance. A refundable deposit is required.
Firearms and explosives, and live ammunition are strictly prohibited.
The use of fireworks or pyrotechnics is strictly prohibited.
The use of combustibles or fire is prohibited without the proper permit(s) and advance notice and coordination with an FD Photo Studio representative.
No ALCOHOLIC beverages or DRUGS allowed inside the studio. A $500 fine will be charged for each incident.
No Smoking in the studio. Projects involved with smoke have to get studio representatives consent.
Music is to be kept at reasonable levels and not contain vulgar or offensive lyrics. Live music bands must be approved in advance. The Studios are not soundproof.
No one will be admitted who is drunk or under the influence of illegal substances.
No pets allowed without prior consent of a Studio representative.
