About the stage:

Stage C was a choice of this creative collective for several reasons. Besides a tremendous space capacity perfect for both, large crews and small teams this stage provides a white CYC wall that is always freshly painted for each client. In addition to the prop count, a grass wall and a wood floor corned section installed for your creative exploration. Today’s shoot was to launch a promo featuring NYC-ASE’s newest house model Lizette Hernandez (Lizzy). We previously worked with Lizette on a commercial shoot for local designer Blakk April and Jon Fluvog shoes. Needless to say, it was an honor to have her on board for our session at FD Photo Studio New York.

About the shoot:

I’m Eros , I’m a singer-songwriter/actor/model based in New York City. I am releasing my debut EP Spring/Summer of 2021. My single “Homeward” is going to be released this winter. This shoot was a promo shoot for the album. I’m really excited to share the music and find a community of people who are fans and can find hope/purpose through my music. Justin Allen Green is a NYC based photographer. He is an amazing NYC street photographer. Prior to us collaborating, he hasn’t really dabbled in photographing models. So my mind is blown at the fact that he is a damn pro and knows how to capture essence and heart and emotion so beautifully.

NY Studio 2 known as “Wood Platform” studio is one of the busiest stages we currently offer. Equipped with everything you need for a perfect intimate, romantic or empowering style of photoshoot, this stage always leaves our clients excited and hungry for more time. Featuring a dark wood floor platform across the stage and a sexy purple boutique chair creates welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. A wall section with the brick veneer adds a flavor to this urban loft style. Among these unique features, the stage comes with great equipment – three strobe lights, three backdrops of white, grey and black color, sound system, makeup station and changing station. Aldous Heaven is a photographer based in NYC. He started his career by following his passions in architecture and design, however, living in NYC expanded his vision by diversifying his portfolio into Portraits/Fashion. About the shoot:

I am the head visual director of a non profit and the owner of a clothing brand . When it’s time to create I find time to do just that no matter what. This space worked out perfectly for the vibe of the shoot. All creative aspects of this shoot was inspired by the streets of LA. This shoot was for an LA inspired song/music visual for model/dancer/artist John.

The stage:

Stage Hill 3 is one of our largest and brightest stages. Advantageously positioned with the windows facing west and north, this stage gets plenty of sift indirect sunlight in the first half of the day and lots of direct sunbeams in the second half. My name is Kele and I’m a fashion & portrait photographer based in LA. I met Alana on a job last year and have been wanting to work with her again ever since! We set up a test shoot at Studio F which I love because of the dreamy natural light. Due to the pandemic, we tried to keep as small of a team as possible so Alana did her own hair & make-up & we collaborated on styling.

About the stage:

StageF was used for this team’s creative session. The studio is the smallest space we currently offer for our clients. Yet it is one of the most brightest stages with the tremendous amount of natural light coming from North West. It has gained a nickname – “light box” by some of our regulars and it truly fulfills it at any time of the day from dawn until dusk. This studio also features two section laminate floor of white and dark color for your creative needs. As with any of our stages, Studio F comes with 3 strobe lights already included in the hourly rate and backdrop seamless paper installed. Take a closer look HERE.
