NY Studio 3 also known as “exposed brick” studio is one of our brightest stages at New York campus. With additionally embellished exposed brick and concrete walls, this stage is perfect for a rustic, industrial look. The stage:

Stage Art 1 was a choice of location for this session. Adorned with features like white grand piano and three step podium this stage is a tool of versatility, provider of great natural light, benchmark of industrial Downtown minimalistic design. This space has its windows facing South and West and gets beautiful direct light during the PM hours, and great open-shaded light in the morning. Using strobes? No worries, we include 3 strobe lights in the hourly rate along with black, white and grey background available. Danielle is 26 years old currently pursuing a career in professional dance and modeling. She has been dancing for 17 years and has a huge passion for the industry. She was an Arena Football League cheerleader, and aspires to become a commercial model. Madison is 24 years old and has been living in New York City for 2+ years she has started her own photography business and creates long lasting relationships with her clients and brands. Whether she’s shooting a campaign for an influencer, events for brands, product shots for social media, or BTS at NYFW; she is living out her dream.

Rebecca Stoughton In Stage A

About the shoot:

We all got together to expand our portfolios by adding in some “soft” natural lit fitness shots. We thought studio A- with the giant windows and white walls- was the perfect location to give us everything we needed! The lights around the mirror provided the perfect glow for Marygrace to get the hair and makeup just right, and Sam was able to find perfect natural lighting throughout the studio to get the shots we were going for!

About the stage:

Stage A is an all white day-light studio that measures up to around 850 square feet. The huge north and east facing windows offer great natural light, and an awesome view of downtown Los Angeles. About the shoot:

I primarily use photography as a creative outlet and I consider myself a hobbisty at this time. Shooting at FD Studio is an incredible experience. They make it easy to get a time slot online and the staff is always helpful and friendly. One of the things I like the most is the variety of sets they have at each venue. You’re assured to get more than one theme on each set.
