Book in spring for fall sessions. This might sound early, but photographers’ calendars fill up fast. Our photo studios see a huge rush of senior portrait bookings from May through August, and the best photographers are often booked months in advance.

Fall weather is gorgeous but unpredictable. Those perfect October days with golden light? Every photographer wants them. By booking early, you have better options for rescheduling if weather doesn’t cooperate.

School deadlines don’t wait. Most schools require senior photos submitted between September and November. Don’t wait until the last minute – we’ve seen the stress that creates, and it’s not fun for anyone.

Studio availability matters. Professional photo studios like ours rent out quickly during peak senior season, especially for weekend shoots.
