Word-of-mouth marketing is by far the best kind of marketing a business can get, for a few reasons: it is free and it works! Today we will explore Vanessa Joy’s 3 ways on mastering WOM marking.
According to Vanessa being “amazing” with clients should be your number one priority to start WOM marketing. What is simply means is going above and beyond for your clients, so you can give them something to talk about months and years after the service or product was sold. A very useful concept that goes along with this strategy is “underpromise – overdeliver”. So if it takes 2 weeks to process those photos, tell your clients it will take 4 weeks instead.
Do something outside of a regular photography services that would surprise your clients. In Vanessa’s case she likes to give out gifts to her clients, which creates nice and unforgettable touch.
Convenience is something clients love to pay for and will appreciate a lot.
