My name is Esmeraldad, designer and creator of Lonesome & Thread. Lonesome & Thread has been my side project where I’ve been expressing my creativity in handmade apparel. This past year I’ve focused on growing it from a side hustle to an actual business. I create all my items from scratch using a mixture of vintage and dead-stock fabrics. My goal is to create clothing with little to no waste left behind. Scraps of fabrics are turned into fun bags or other one-off pieces which people have grown to love. Every piece is designed, cut, and sewn in my studio, with my own two hands. I love creating pieces and sharing behind the scenes with those who value slow fashion.
Stage C was a choice of this creative collective for several reasons. Besides a tremendous space capacity perfect for both, large crews and small teams this stage provides a white CYC wall that is always freshly painted for each client. In addition to the prop count, a grass wall and a wood floor corned section installed for your creative exploration.
