What was the inspiration for the photoshoot?
“The inspiration for these photos is the photographer Ruth Bernhard, whose nudes from the middle of last century remain startlingly modern, as well as Edward Weston. We wanted to play with light and form, and as a pilates instructor, Kira was very well qualified to adopt and stay in the poses required in the shoot.”
