The French Loft works well for all kinds of shoots—every piece in the space adds something. French Manor Photo Studio

Renting three different locations for one lifestyle shoot eats up your budget and production time. This 830-square-foot French Manor studio packs everything into one rental: a prop kitchen with vintage shelving and appliances, a dining area with a large wooden table, a bedroom with a romantic white bed, vintage furniture and an atelier corner.

Large windows facing downtown LA flood everything with natural light, while vintage furniture, decorative fireplace, and French-inspired decor tie it all together with that cinematic apartment look.

The variety of backgrounds in this studio works well for different types of photography. You can shoot kitchen lifestyle content, move to the bedroom for morning routine scenes, capture family dining moments, then use the atelier corner for a clothing designer promo shoot. Studio rates start at $44.99 per hour. Studio comes with 2 LED panels.

By booking this space, you get access not just to a moody interior featuring a pool table and stylish furniture, but also a massive RGB screen for custom digital backgrounds. Think a dark, cinematic podcast setup with your custom logo glowing in the background — Man Cave Loft is a perfect choice.

The centerpiece here is a massive digital screen that displays any background you want. Need a cityscape behind your subject? A tropical beach? Sunny Loft with Red Drapes

Twenty-foot red drapes set the tone in this 2,178-square-foot Sunny Loft. One corner features dramatic red drapes and a mattress with silk sheets—perfect for feminine portraits. On the other side, the space fills with natural daylight for soft looks. It’s a great mix if you want to shoot a few different styles at once.

The space also features two movable boards with white and black sides, clean white walls, cozy lounge furniture, polished concrete floors, and views of Downtown LA. There’s also a separate changing room and makeup station with vanity mirror.

For more dramatic lighting, rent Aputure focusing light with spotlight attachment and gobo masks for just $40 per booking. Or use three strobe lights that come with the studio at no extra cost.

The red drapes and natural lighting work well for Valentine’s Day campaigns, romantic couple photography, boudoir shoots, fashion editorials, beauty work, and luxury brand content. The spacious studio size also works for events and workshops. The red backdrop comes pre-styled and ready to shoot. Rental rates start at $49.99 per hour.

White Cyc Wall Studio

At the same location, we also offer a studio with a white cyc wall and no interior pieces—perfect if you want to build your own set or shoot clean looks on a white background.

The Sunset Cyc Wall Studio is a 1,044-square-foot space featuring a white corner cyc wall, polished concrete floors, movable wooden boards for a variety of backdrops, and beautiful afternoon natural light with Downtown LA views.

This studio comes with basic light and grip equipment included—three strobe lights, C-stands, light modifiers, and a trigger with receiver so you can connect your camera to the studio lights. The cyc wall comes as-is, but you can request a repaint for $75 if you need a perfectly clean surface.

Cyc wall works well when you need a white backdrop with natural light instead of styled interiors. E-commerce product shots, fashion lookbooks, headshots, beauty work, and brand campaigns all benefit from the clean white cyc. Studio rates start at $49.99 per hour.
