BLNDN Professional Hair Products presents

BLNDN Professional Hair Products used Art Studio 1 and the Rooftop to get images for their new campaign. With a big crew and 4 models, the team was glad to have a large space with lots of varying backgrounds to shoot against.

WE SIMPLY COULDN’T FIND HAIR CARE THAT COULD HANDLE THE DAMAGE WE WERE SELF-INFLICTING WITH OUR CONSTANT LIGHTENING. SO WE DECIDED TO CREATE IT.

We could never escape the viscous cycle of damage from blonding. Our hair was constantly in a state of disrepair. A dull, damaged, brassy mess. The problem was – we were not going to stop lightening. Our products restore balance. They make it stronger, shinier, softer and brighter. So go out and do your thing, we’ve got you covered.

WHO ARE WE?

Two unapologetic “bottled blondes” who won’t give in. We bleach, highlight and fry our hair until the cows come home.

WHY DO WE DO IT?

Because being blonde is part of our identity. There’s something to be said about walking into a room and automatically being labeled as a dumb blonde, but then defying expectations when you open your mouth.

WHAT WERE WE MISSING?

We couldn’t find hair products that allowed us to be blonde without the damaging side effects. Our color looked great, but our hair looked fried.

HOW DID WE DO IT?

Science – top chemists, targeted ingredients, and thousands of blonde guinea pigs (the human kind, thanks ladies!)

WHERE DO I START?

Start with the BLNDN Signature Regimen. Just give us 10 washes, your hair will thank you.

CREATIVE DIRECTION was managed by BLNDN. PHOTOGRAPHER for the session was Becca Batista. VIDEOGRAPHY was performed by Away Lands.  MODELS for the shoot were  Roxanne GouldMeagan LeeJade Goodwin, Brooke Nielsen . HAIR and HAIR ASSISTANCE was a work of  Hailey Adickes  and Tawnny Dogatzis . MUA was  Jennifer Budner . STYLIST was Kayla Wilson . And WARDROBE was provided by  Van de Vort.

Stage Art 1, a long-time FD Photo Studio favorite, was used for this shoot. With the high-key white industrial design that FD is notorious for, Stage Art 1 is a clean setting that can be manipulated to fit all kinds of projects. This space has its windows facing South and West and gets beautiful direct light during the PM hours, and great open-shaded light in the morning.
